Locum Residential Conveyancer, Birmingham- An experienced Locum Residential Conveyancer is sought by this busy Birmingham firm to cover a period of permanent recruitment.

JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 4 years+

LOCATION: Birmingham

HOURLY RATE: £25.00-£35.00

THE ROLE:

This immediate start locum role will see the successful Locum Residential Conveyancer handling a busy mixed caseload of residential property cases. You will manage your own case-load progressing files in a cost effective manner during a very busy period at the firm. The appointed Locum Residential Conveyancer will undertake conveyancing matters such as transfers of equity, re-mortgages and other property work. The role will run for a minimum of 3 months.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will be immediately available to commence a new role and bring with them an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the law surrounding residential conveyancing. Our client is looking for a fully-qualified solicitor (3+ PQE desirable), although other qualifications (i.e. CILEX and CLC) will also be considered. The successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will have strong IT skills and experience of using a cloud-based case management system.
