PQE REQUIRED: 4+

LOCATION: Birmingham, West Midlands

HOURLY RATE: £30.00-£40.00 per hour

THE ROLE:

This new opportunity will suit an experienced general Litigation Solicitor looking for a long term locum assignment on a part time flexible basis. (Hours/ Days to be discussed). As an experienced Locum Litigation Solicitor you will have the opportunity to advise on a wide range of disputes to include: Land disputes; Landlord and Tenant and Partnerships disputes. The firm receives a steady number of instructions from local clients and plans to grow the department with some careful marketing.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Litigation Locum Solicitors with 4+ years PQE due to this being a stand alone role. You will be accomplished in dispute resolution to include a range of civil and commercial litigation work. Consultant or Locum Litigation Solicitors who are looking to supplement their hours or income with some additional flexible work are encouraged to apply.
