Leading regional practice seeks Commercial Solicitor/Partner (7yrs+) to join busy and expanding team. You will be overseeing a caseload, playing an active role in supervising/managing staff and assisting with developing new business. Experience with technology-related issues including IT, IP and online trading is preferred, commercial contracts experience including joint ventures, distribution, procurement and outsourcing contracts essential.
