A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive of Licensed Conveyancer is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 firm in Cardiff. Salary is negotiable and competitive depending on experience but likely to be in the region of £60,000 to £80,000.
My client is a successful and well established, Chambers rated firm with an excellent reputation in the market.
The successful candidate will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business KPI's/financial performance and ensure the team delivers a high standard of client service. You will coach the team, monitor performance and identify training needs. In addition, you will ensure compliance against company standards by carrying out compliance checks, including call monitoring to enhance continuous improvement. In addition you will ensure the department remains CQS compliant and that the firm remains on lender panels, you will recruit new staff and ensure the department remains SRA compliant.
Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancing Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who are either already in a similar role or who are looking to take this next step in their career. In addition you should have management and supervisory experience, You will possess detailed and sound conveyancing knowledge and be a strong leader.
