A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Partner to join a leading telecoms company based in the Hampshire area.

This role would be ideal for an individual looking to take the next step in their career. They will have the ability to identify and understand the key data drivers and indicators for success, in Indirect Sales, as well as the ability to interpret complex information to support this. The individual will also play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of sector business planning and driving the measurement and development of pipeline value and quality in line with sales targets.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Degree level education
  • Experience of working and delivering in a target driven environment
  • Excellent business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and synthesise complex information and provide concise recommendations
  • The ability to translate business requirements into open, honest and transparent insight to solve
  • The capability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through the sharing of knowledge and collaboration
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

A little more information about the role:

  • Enhance the quality of weekly and monthly sector business planning, with a focus on forecast accuracy, and ensuring plans are consistent with strategic goals.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and engagement with account management to ensure a robust feed in to the finance team.
  • Ownership of weekly and monthly cadence of business reviews and sector performance management with support from Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Work with Finance and Sales Operations to improve systems and reporting, whilst driving improvements in data quality.
  • Maintain sector targets in partnership with Sales Operations, ensuring that targeting is driving appropriate behaviours and making recommendations for enhancements where necessary.
