Financial Controller

Our client is a high growth specialist manufacturing business backed by private equity. To support the rapid growth of the business a Financial Controller is now required. Reporting to the Group CFO, key responsibilities will include -

• Manage, motivate and develop the Finance team
• Specify and implement an ERP system
• Continuous improvement of controls, processes and systems
• Development of financial and operational KPIs across the group
• Effective monitoring of cash flow, credit, FX risks and bank covenants
• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management pack and flash reports for operational management
• Provide clear and concise financial information to the executive team to support commercial and operational decisions globally
• Proactive business partner helping every department to achieve its budgets, goals and objectives
• Change agent
• Tax reporting and optimisation
• Statutory reporting and audits
• Company Secretary
• Deputise for the Group CFO

You will be a Qualified Accountant with a track record of improving financial control, processes and systems that break down department silos and enable effectiveness and efficiency. Experience of working in a PE backed business would be beneficial. You must have the ability to work with key stakeholders and other departments. International experience would also be beneficial.
