CORPORATE LAWYER

CORPORATE LAWYER - CAMBRIDGE - PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, a full service law firm is looking to recruit an additional corporate lawyer to join its corporate law team in Cambridge to assist in the growth of the team. Candidates should have a broad range of corporate transactional experience and willingness to be involved in business development.

Candidates will need to have strong technical skills in general corporate law matters.

The candidate should also have proven experience in marketing, networking and business development activity with the ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.

This law firm's corporate law practice has experience of advising on a wide variety of corporate law matters and the corporate team includes a number of partners and other lawyers.
