Commercial / IT Lawyer
A Top 100 firm in the City of Guildford is seeking a technically strong Commercial Solicitor (3 -5 pqe) to join this leading, highly ranked team.
The work the department drafts is a range of agreements; procurement, manufacturing & supply, outsourcing, distribution, e-commerce, franchising and standard business teams and all types of IT contracts.
There will be some advisory work on advertising claims, consumer issues, contract interpretation data protection, limits on liability, and freedom of information.
This role will suit a commercial lawyer (3 - 5 pqe) who is keen to be the technical lead lawyer, and an interest in competition law would be an advantage.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the areas of law, and come from either a City or leading regional firm.
