Real Estate Solicitor

An new opportunity for a senior level real estate solicitor at the Birmingham office of a national firm focusing on large scale deals for clients in a range of sectors including education, charities and the public sector. This is a growth office and the role affords genuine prospects for long term career progression for the right candidate. BCL Legal is pleased to be working with a national firm in helping to secure a real estate solicitor with a minimum of five years' post qualification experience to its Birmingham office. Real estate solicitors with a minimum of five years' post qualification experience and no upper limit of PQE are encouraged to apply.

Work is a mixed bag of acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant with the bulk of the work being large scale deals.

Client based is broad but with a Particular niche in charities, local government and education making for an interesting caseload. Sector experience in these areas is not necessary as training can be provided.

This is a really friendly firm, where given the size of the Birmingham office, you have the potential to make a real impact and progress up the ranks quickly.
