Are you an experienced real estate solicitor with experience of acting in either the financial, leisure or consumer sectors? If so, we have an opportunity for you develop that sector focus within a top ranked real estate practice in Birmingham city centre. BCL Legal is pleased to be working with the Birmingham office of a leading international firm in its recruitment of a real estate solicitor with a minimum of four years' post qualification experience to its highly regarded corporate real estate team.

The firms' real estate team is arguably the leader in the market and acts for a wide range of corporate occupiers including many of the largest FTSE 100 and 250 companies in the UK.

Given the successful growth of the practice, the firm now requires additional experienced real estate solicitors to focus on either a mix of or one of the following sectors; financial institutions, consumer, utilities or leisure.

Work is exciting and broad ranging and can include property matters from high profile HQ relocations, distribution centres, acquisition programmes, and data centres to the routine estate management transaction; leases, licences, renewals, disposals and so on.

The successful real estate solicitor will lead on major projects and accounts acting for an enviable client base. Client contact at the highest level is a given.

It is also envisaged that the successful candidate will help develop junior talent coming through the team and contribute to the overall advancement of the team.

You should be bright, personable, confident and a team player with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Flexible working and a four day week is also available.
