My client is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to help drive and develop the practice. You will be a partner already and should be used to leading a team. You should have developed your own practice within an international, national, large regional or boutique corporate practice. You will be dealing with a wide range of work including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and MBIs? Any sector experience of retail, leisure, media, technology, financial services or property would be an advantage but is not essential. The firm will work around you and your particular portfolio of clients and expertise.

This hire is a strategic priority and will play a critical role in the development and direction of the Corporate offering.
