Our Sunderland based client is seeking an interim lawyer to undertake a broad ranging commercial contract role.
You'll join a small team which handles a diverse range of legal matters such as :
- contractual and commercial matters
- IP issues and licensing matters
- supplier and purchasing terms
- partnership and collaboration agreements
- data protection issues
- confidentiality agreements
- funding agreements
- procurement matters
The need is capacity driven, so you'll need to be available to start as soon as possible. This would suit an individual with a diverse range of commercial contracts experience, and possibly experience of working in the NFP sectors. The interim contract is open ended, and the team is based in Sunderland. Rate is likely to be between £ 350 - £450, dependent on experience.
