Due to ongoing instructions, and a thorough strategic review, our Client is now looking to make a lateral senior hire of a senior associate or commercial partner within its highly praised commercial team. The work - This firm has an enviable regional, national and international client base advising on the full range of transactional M&A, JV, AIM, and PE work. With a solid pipeline of work coming through and a strategic plan to grow, backed up by strong profitability, our Client is now looking for a senior lateral hire to further strengthen the team and help take them to the next level.
