Commercial Litigation Solicitor - 3 yrs+ - Glasgow

Are you a commercial litigation solicitor considering a move away from your current firm and keen to secure a role with one of Scotland's leading commercial boutiques?

You will advise on all aspects of commercial litigation and disputes within a firm that has carved itself out a real niche as a boutique firm due to it's excellence in this area of law.

You will take on a challenging and varied caseload comprising of commercial disputes, and advising and representing clients in all forms of dispute forums (litigation, arbitration, mediation etc) on a very varied range of disputes. Employment law experience would also be advantageous to any application.

With the team in an expansion phase currently, which will continue over the next couple of years, this is an ideal time for an ambitious solicitor to join this team. You will be at the forefront of a major push, gain early exposure to business development activities and be a focal point of the department from a very early stage.

Due to the size of my client's practice, they can offer a work/life balance that just cannot be achieved at large scale corporate/commercial practices. Part time or flexible working can be considered, without having to sacrifice client quality.
