The Role
Provision of general commercial and regulatory advice, negotiating on key operational commercial contracts, as well as advising on data protection issues.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must possess significant commercial legal experience and be technically sound in the negotiation of commercial contracts. The successful candidate is likely to have had some exposure to Data Protection laws and will be comfortable operating at a senior level.
