In-house Pensions Lawyer 4PQE+ London/Edinburgh

Integreon are working with a leading institution who are looking to add a Pension Lawyer with at least 4 PQE+* to join their busy, collegiate and established legal team on an interim basis. The s uccessful candidates will be part of a well-regarded and market-leading legal team providing strategic support across the wider business to both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with the wider transactional and legal teams to create, develop and establish new practices.

Responsibilities for these varied and challenging project roles will include:

• Advising on a range of legal and governance issues;
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of key pension documents such as deeds, indemnities;
• working on the pensions aspects of mergers and disposals; and
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to create best practices

This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity and candidates who wish to be considered for this position must have experience of advising on and managing significant pension issues and disputes ideally in the financial services sector. This is a fantastic and challenging role for a motivated candidate who is keen to gain exposure to the wider in-house business.
