JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

PQE: 2+ years

LOCATION: Newcastle

SALARY: £Dependant upon experience + Benefits

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be joining an expanding team where they will be required to 'hit the ground running' from day one handling a range of corporate finance transactions dealing with early stage businesses and start up arrangements through to major fundraising, IPO and merger and acquisition work.

THE CANDIDATE:

My client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor who is able to demonstrate a real passion and interest for this area of law. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE gained from another top-tier city based firm across the UK where you will have gained experience working with SMEs, owner managed businesses and large corporates advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreement, listed company transactions and IPOs. It is vital that as a Corporate Solicitor you are a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
