An investment manager with offices globally are currently seeking a Company Secretary to join their successful team based in London. The ideal candidate will perform complex administrative support work thus a qualified Company Secretary is not required, however Financial Service experience would be preferred.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently. This person must have the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and be exceedingly well organized.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with personnel (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, You will need to be a self-starter who requires minimal guidance
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Executive support experience within a Financial Service Institution
- Excellent Calendar Management Skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- Excellent Contact Management Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Team Player with Positive Attitude
- Polished/Professional Demeanour
- High level of Professionalism and Confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
