Your new role

This defendant clinical negligence role will see you handle a broad ranging caseload. You will be involved in interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing both experts and Counsel as well as attending case management conferences and application hearings. You will also be involved in negotiating settlements, preparing for and attending trials, mediations and conferences with Counsel.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a clinical negligence lawyer, ideally with defendant experience. You will have 1 year's pqe and have good attention to detail.
