Senior Legal Counsel
Leading international player within the leisure sector seeks to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel into its commercial team based in London. A fantastic opportunity to join an iconic brand, recently voted one of the top 15 most attractive employers to work for in the UK.
There will be a broad range of commercial work on offer including:
- Drafting and reviewing business and supply agreements
- Reviewing consumer facing materials and documentation
- Data protection, promotions and marketing
- Information Technology contracts
- Travel agent agreements
To be considered for this role you should:
- Be a qualified solicitor or barrister with approximately 4-6 years PQE (given as a guide only)
- Have a strong knowledge of and exposure to commercial law
- Prior knowledge of legal issues in the leisure and/or travel sectors would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite
- First-class communication and negotiation skills
- Prior in-house legal experience
- Be able to influence stakeholders at all levels within the business
