Salary = £95-100K+bonus+benefits
LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting a Trilingual
Sales Executive/Relationship Manager or a prestigious investment bank in central London

This role is responsible for excellent relationship management and new business development thus ensuring satisfaction with the banks products and services whilst maximising profitability and increasing product breadth with clients.

Business Development

- Responsible for long-term profitability of current client relationships
- Grow revenue with assigned prospects/clients
- Coordinate cross-selling activity with Client Service Manager (CSM), product specialists, Ops and Systems, oversees deals
- Identify and coordinate innovative and integrated solutions to address clients' strategic challenges using the bank's products and services
- Achieve annual revenue targets within stated profit margin goals
- Evaluate existing client relationships and identify new revenue streams

Planning and Strategy

- Develop and maintain detailed sales account plans analysis for individual clients and prospects
- Monitor development and progress against sales plans for clients/prospects
- Develop strategic business relationships with top level executives of client/prospect organizations
- Monitor and track clients and potential clients by developing an in-depth knowledge of their long term business strategy

Requirements
- Knowledge of Global custody products (Cross product knowledge desirable)
- Experience of dealing with Asset Management sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Professional business acumen, ability to interact in a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally
- Detail oriented, quick learner with the ability to juggle duties and trouble shoot while maintaining an upbeat personality
- Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and technology platforms, particularly those in the FX or settlement space is highly desirable
- Fluent business French and German and English language skills are a prerequisite
- Extensive travel required, willing to work from other European office for 1-2 days a week
- BA or equivalent , MBA is a plus

Solid experience in business development within private equities /global custody or related industry experience is required.
