Qualifications

Candidates should be excellent team players, capable of leading development resources, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience of the following:-
- Complete SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
- SQL Server.
- Developing in XSLT, .NET and ASP.NET.
- Integrations using Microsoft BizTalk or equivalent technologies.
Experience within the legal technology arena and knowledge of Practice Management Systems such as Aderant, Elite, Axxia, Tikit Firmware, would be of benefit

Ability to travel about 25% of the time, including international travel.

The Regulatory Technical & Advisory team is responsible for all prudential regulatory matters for the European investment banking operations.
Role and key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of the Regulatory Technical & Advisory team who are responsible for:
Analysis of new regulatory guidance, assessing impact on the firm and supporting projects team in developing an implementations plan. Supporting the regulatory reporting team by providing interpretation of regulatory requirements and Rules. Developing, documenting and ensuring the on-going enhancement of the Capital Management Framework including capital planning (as linked to business plan development). Requirements

The following skills and experience are required for this role:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent). Previous experience in the financial services environment and in working on similar projects and tasks. Knowledge of the UK regulatory framework including requirements in the FCA's Handbooks Specialist knowledge in the development of one of the following areas: capital planning and capital stress testing (in the context of a Capital Management Framework); ICAAP; ILAA; Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP). Understanding of Basel III (CRR/CRDIV) requirements including of transitional arrangements. Good communication skills. Analytical and numerate with strong technical skills. Team player. Excellent written and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing and ever evolving environment. Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables

Desirable

Knowledge of financial products including Fixed Income and equity products (cash and derivatives).
