Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the change delivery, covering development of the scope of the projects, managing the project documentation and executing against the project requirements. Agree a timeline for each deliverable and work with internal/external stakeholders and SMEs to ensure the end solutions are in line with expectations. Managing the design and build of each solution, aligning to First Data, Agilisys and other third parties' timescales. Working with the external suppliers to agree requirements and ensure they deliver against these. Working with legal and compliance to set up contracts and necessary controls for the external suppliers. Perform the majority of the work on the implementation design, build, implementation and post implementation monitoring
