Director of EMEA Network Marketing

As a key member of the business network marketing organization, the Director of EMEA Network Marketing will be responsible for growing and shaping the market for business networks in EMEA. The Director of EMEA Network Marketing will drive the overall business network marketing strategy in the region and serve as regional spokesperson. We are searching for a passionate, pro-active Director of EMEA Network Marketing to join our team and ensure we rapidly capitalize on opportunities across the globe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop our EMEA marketing strategy for business networks, including localization of messaging, and determine how to best bring that message to our target audience.

Build campaigns to generate demand, build awareness and shape the market for business networks. Coordinate execution of those campaigns.

Collaborate with the broader marketing organization (events, web, field marketing, social, campaign execution, etc.) to bring your strategy to market, scaling our efforts via the full weight of our company's resources.

Educate the market and the internal organization on the value of business networks.

As regional spokesperson, evangelize business networks through presentations, articles, blogs, interviews, etc. Author informative and thought provoking content on business networks. Stay abreast of current events and assess the potential impact/opportunity for business networks.

Build and maintain strong rapport and ongoing communications with Sales, key 3rd party organizations, Customers and the broader Marketing organization.

Establish self as the regional expert on business networks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required

Ability to travel between 20-40%, domestically and internationally

Prior experience in high technology enterprise software marketing role(s). Experience with business networks a strong plus.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences, giving media interviews and writing professional blogs/articles.

Results-oriented, get things done, problem solver

Ability to work effectively in a Matrix organization

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals

Fluency in English required

Fluency in German and/or French a plus

CRM & marketing automation experience preferred
