Background: We are a dynamic, fast paced and international consultancy business, which is currently experiencing a sustained period of considerable growth. The company was established less than 10 years ago but already has a turnover of close to £30M. Head office is located in the City of London with active subsidiaries in the USA, Singapore and operations in Germany. Further global expansion is anticipated over the coming years.
Role: We now have the need to hire on a permanent basis an experienced Chief Financial Officer (who is a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to head up a small Finance team comprising of partly-qualified accountants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and interpreting financial planning and strategic MI to enable the development of the business organically and through acquisition as well as instilling excellent standards and a quality driven mentality throughout the function. •Compilation of annual budgets
•Will also undertake the responsibilities of Company Secretary

In order to be considered, candidates must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) offering sound experience of working in a growing company with international operations. Further supported by strong technical accounting skills and a good understanding of Sage systems. A proven track record within a similar role will be required and a background within Professional Services would be preferable.
