Our client, one of the Europe's foremost ITSM Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Senior Sales & Business Development Specialist to join their ITSM Sales team based in London.

The successful candidate will possess advanced/expert level knowledge of ITSM software solutions and have experience of sales cycles as a senior member of the account team in support of the sales account strategy. The Senior Sales Specialist will interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. In addition the Senior Specialist will collaborate with sales and Value Engineering teams to plan account strategies.
Required experience:


· Expert level of Sales & Business Development experience gained in the ITSM sector
· In-depth knowledge of specialist solutions sales or equivalent customer facing experience in areas appropriate to the job
· Experience of Building strong ROI, Value Realisation based propositions

· Strong Ability to build relationships - Internally as well as Externally
· Selling the Value Proposition to the Account Management team, as well as customers

· Demonstrates 5-7 successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid sized deals
· Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching
· Experience in sales management and sales processes
· Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
· Any other main European language would be an advantage

It's a growth space globally and we're one of the leaders in this region. We're about to list on the ASX.
Indonesia presents a huge opportunity for the business given the size and nature of the economy. The Sales Director is clearly a key role in realising success. The office is less than 6 months old. We currently have a team of 7 with one sales executive so the role of the Director will be to build the team off the back of their own success in securing contracts. They therefore need to be prepared to get stuck into a start-up style environment and get their hands dirty with direct sales.
We not interested in a veteran Sales Director who has not been actively selling recently. We think the ideal candidate will be a successful and ambitious senior sales exec who is hungry to climb to a more senior position but prepared to prove themselves in the process. Creative, energetic, commercially savvy, personable and charismatic. This person needs to lead the vision of the business in the Indonesian marketplace.
The sales team will be split into two ares;
Hotspot (or venue) acquisition and account management - this is the acquiring and management of WiFi contracts with venues such as retail centres, cafes, fast food restaurants etc Media sales and account management - once we have a footprint of hotspots and a community of WiFI users then we can start to sell to advertisers via media agencies and direct to clients

We would anticipate requiring a team of 10 to 12 within 18 months.
Responsibilities: Develop sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets. Build and manage sales team for both media and venue acquisition. Manages account managers to maximize target achievement and meet corporate objective. Prepare business forecast and plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and sales growth. Prepare monthly report on sales progress for both venue and media. Identify and understand complex client requirements, then develop and propose solutions that will improve client's business Create/review proposal and sales presentations for clients. Manage contract negotiations. Maintain professional relationship with existing clients.
Requirements: Minimum S1 Graduate. Fluent in English. Minimum 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales management. Experience in one or more of the following areas: o Outdoor/Digital/Mobile Advertising. o Commercial and retail space sales/leasing. Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proactive, professional, motivated, organized, responsible, and ability to work under time pressure, fast learner, result oriented, attention to detail.
