Candidate Profile
• A proven and credible track record of management and leadership of a number of teams, direct reports across various functions in both front and back office is essential
• A highly commercially focused and driven individual who is able to drive growth, development and innovation throughout the Sales and Marketing functions
• The ability to manage and drive a business through a period of change and transformation is essential
• The ability to manage key internal stakeholders, globally, up to board level is essential
• The ability to empower staff to give a sense of ownership within the business is essential
• Experience and knowledge within the Construction industry is advantageous, but not essential
• The ability to take accountability for the UK P&L autonomously, but also able to work with and manage expectations to the Group, at Board Level, globally is essential.
