Channel Manager - Strategic Partner Account Manager - Channel Sales Manager Hybrid Cloud Product �45k - �65k basic + 20% OTE Home-Based Unique opportunity for a talented and passionate Partner Account Manager, Channel Manager or Channel Sales Manager to join a brilliant start-up software house, building a disruptive, hybrid cloud product. The Company & Role You will have the chance to join a small team of brilliant engineers and sales professionals that have already built multiple enterprise products from scratch, scaled businesses and experienced repeat success. You will get your hands on a brand new product that launched in 2013. It is totally unique and harnesses cloud automation and virtualisation technologies to deliver powerful new services. As the Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop multi-level relationships within a Master Reseller/Distributor and 15+ selected partners. You will develop pipeline opportunities, define a value chain and ensure that partners are equipped to quote your solutions as part of their managed service portfolio. This is a role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen and the tenacity to really test partners in order to maximise the most profitable relationships. Person Spec In order to apply, you will be a Partner Account Manager, Channel Manager or Channel Sales Manager with a successful track-record gained in the IT infrastructure or cloud software space. Ideally, this will include cloud or hybrid cloud IT infrastructure services. You must be highly experienced in the sales channel business rather than direct sales. You might work for a small solutions provider or software house, larger reseller, distributor or perhaps a Systems Integrator. Your knowledge, experience and attributes will include: *A track record of success in a channel management role eg Partner Account Manager/Channel Manager/Channel Sales Manager. *Extensive distributor and partner-facing experience. *Ability to communicate Cloud and Hybrid IT solutions in a clear and concise manner to partners. *Ability to assist a channel partner to build a viable Business Model around the company's solutions *Customer centric empathy and understanding of both channel and end user business drivers *Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills *Self-motivated & sociable *Goal orientated *Confident team player The Package This role will be home-based, with occasional travel to company offices (London/Bath) You will be expected to work on client and partner sites, which will be predominantly South East/Thames Valley but may extend to UK-wide Salary: �45k - �65k base (% OTE) If you are a talented Partner Account Manager, Channel Manager or Channel Sales Manager with the required skills, please apply now with a recent CV for further details.
