Our client is a global banking group and they presently seek an ECM lawyer for EMEA coverage of their global finance business for the investment bank. The successful hire will be responsible for advising on transactions and negotiating documentation relating to a variety of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.

Scope of responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Experience gained in equity capital markets and investment banking, either in-house or in private practice;

* Solid understanding of equity capital markets financial products;
* Solid understanding of the risks impacting an investment bank’s ECM business, with an ability to identify them and raise to senior legal members where appropriate
