They may also have direct experience of the full entrepreneurial life cycle of a company including exposure to trade finance and private equity investors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and interpreting financial planning and strategic MI to enable the development of the business organically and through acquisition as well as instilling excellent standards and a quality driven mentality throughout the function. He/she will be accountable for reviewing and improving all procedures and controls within the Finance team, creating a robust and dependable function that produces timely and accurate financial information. He/she will also oversee all aspects of the monthly accounts process via Sage.

Main Duties:
•Prepare monthly management accounts for the UK Company and subsidiaries. Analyse the results and present to the Board,
•Manage the invoicing process and control the working capital
•Ensure tax compliance across all jurisdictions
•Act as the key point of contact with external auditors, banks and third party stakeholders
•Compilation of annual budgets
•Will also undertake the responsibilities of Company Secretary
