This role reports directly in to the Head of FP&A and will be responsible for partnering the Head of Sales and the COO and analysis and reporting on all revenue streams. The responsibilities for this role are:

* Lead and develop the sales and revenue analysis team (2 direct reports) to deliver on finance team objectives
* Ensure all operational and financial Sales and Revenue reporting is accurate and timely
* To lead the analysis of overall UK Sales and Revenue performance and the provision of insight to the senior management team
* To provide financial analysis and recommendations to support all new pricing options.
* To analyse and support existing member pricing decision making in conjunction with the COO and Regional Director team
* To manage the finance teams’ input into implementing price increases within the business

Candidates must be / have:

* An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CA or equivalent)

* An ability to communicate with all levels of the business including non-financial employees
* Excellent presentation skills – both written and verbal
