We are currently working on behalf of a large London Borough client who is urgently seeking an Area and Plan Surveyor to join their team for an initial five month period.

The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for ensuring that building work within the Borough is carried out in compliance with statutory and legal requirements. As part of this, you will provide a comprehensive service of advice and professional support on all matters in respect of the service.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will be aware of Health and Safety legislation, the Building Acts and Building Regulations. You will be competent in using CAD, although extensive knowledge of this is not a necessity.
