Commercial property solicitor – my client is a niche commercial practice with a reputable and long established background in the Manchester legal market. Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint a commercial property solicitor to join the division.

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years experience in commercial property but candidates will be considered either side of this. Importantly, particular experience in dealing with commercial leases, sale and purchase of commercial property, property finance and development agreements would be desirable but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long established niche commercial firm with a strong commercial property reputation in the Manchester region.
