JOB TITLE: Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 10+ years
LOCATION: Kent (Commutable from: Kent, London, East Susex)

This holiday cover role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for a busy property caseload for a period of 2 weeks. THE CANDIDATE:
Due to the short-term nature of the role the firm is keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 10 years PQE within both commercial and residential property, and who are able to hit the ground running. Specific experience of handling work on behalf of property developers would be a distinct advantage. Prior experience of working as a locum would be an advantage as this will have provided you with the skilled required to quickly adapt to a busy existing caseload.
