The responsibilities of the role involve:

* To manage and prepare the financial period close process, monthly, quarterly and annual Statutory Account and Board packs. To include liaising with Directors, external auditors and corporate accounting and tax teams.
* To prepare on a monthly and/or quarterly basis management accounts, valuations and tax computations for special purpose vehicles, including processing any European GAAP accounting adjustments required for property, company or special purpose vehicles that are not included in financial data provided by Property Managing Agents
* To manage on a monthly basis the transfer of financial data into both the property management system and corporate ledger
* To be responsible for all balance sheet reconciliations
* To prepare, monitor and manage all cash flow reporting
* To manage the AP payment process

You will need to be a proactive self starter with previous Property Fund Accounting experience. IFRS and/or European GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills and communication will also be beneficial.

Property Fund Accounting experience is most important.
