The Person – To apply you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a working knowledge of Sage Accounting (multi-company and payroll) and good Excel – You will be able to produce both statutory and management accounts for companies and LLPs (under UK GAAP) and you will also be capable of running cash flows and models – You will have worked in the property / real estate sector and will be comfortable in a ‘hands-on’ role but with the ability to take a strategic view when required and will possess a positive, flexible ‘can-do’ attitude, essential in a small team.
