The successful candidate will be involved as a leading Business Analyst within Asset Services Operations on a programme of work with several facets. This includes system enhancements for new client requirements, existing client changes, and operational efficiency purposes. There are also workstreams involving process efficiency and improvement, and new product implementation.

The team has expanded significantly in the last year, driven by an increase in new business and an aggressive growth strategy. In the long-term, there is scope for career progression in a number of areas, including moving to Project Management, Business Management, or implementation based roles in other project areas.

The key requirment for this role is ownership of workstreams. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, own the full project lifecycle, and thrive in a demanding, delivery-focussed environment.



Required Skills/Experience:

* Experience of Operations within Securities Services, Asset Services, Asset Management, Fund Services, Fund Management, or a similar relevant area.
* Ownership of large scale full project lifecycle workstreams
* Extensive experience working as a BA on complex projects
* An expert knowledge of the full trade lifecycle
* Good cross-product knowledge
* Experience of stakeholder engagement at a senior level

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Experience working with Markit, Calypso or similar systems
* Experience facing off to IT in a project involving MO system improvement/impelementation
* Experience of business transformation, and strategic business-driven initiatives
* Project management experience is advantageous, however this role is hands-on and implementation based.
