Our Hampshire based client require an experienced Interim Project Accountant to undertake a 6 month change management project starting ASAP.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Interim Accountant will primarily be responsible for the continued facilitation and delivery of a change management programme involving the implementation of an ERP system and all associated administration around documentation of processes and procedures. Candidates must therefore have demonstrable recent experience of having worked on either a systems implementation or in the setting up of a finance function/shared service centre.

The role will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a data room in support of an on going funding exercise in rode to attract investors. This will involve collecting all relevant information and collating appropriately as well as creating a user friendly framework for compliance. Finally, it would be advantageous if Candidates have experience in the role of Company Secretary and if previous experience has been gained in SME business in a regulated environment.
