Requirement
Reporting to the project manager as part of the Strategic Infrastructure team, The role is for a Senior Business Analyst to carry out the requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and user acceptance process for this project.

The role involves leasing closely with multiple departments including:
• GCT Structured Credit Investments and Execution teams
• Market and Credit Risk,
• GCT Finance teams
• GCT QRM Modelling team
• Group IT infrastructure and support teams

Essential Skills

Person should be conversant with the following

2. Liquid Asset Products and Hedges – solid knowledge of Govt and corporate bonds and Swaps. Specialist knowledge of Mortgage Backed Securities essential including processing of pool factors and behavioural pre-payment risks which affect the pricing, valuation and risk measures

3. Structured approach to Business Analysis - Candidate should demonstrate a good track record of documenting business requirements using a structured approach and be conversant with formal methodologies

4. A team player - able to quickly gain Stakeholder respect and confidence via ability to capture and replay requirements in a clear concise manner. Ability to fit into the wider Strategic Infrastructure change team and ensure ideas are shared and common standards applied
