• STEP accreditation/membership will be a distinctive advantage
• Business acumen –understanding of financial management of files (WIP, disbursements, billing and profitability) and ability to meet or exceed set targets.
• Excellent communications (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Able to exercise own initiative, requiring minimum supervision

Scope of role:
