A leading multinational company with specialist services across a number of industry sectors, including the power generation, oil & gas and healthcare industries; are currently recruiting for a key position within the business, they are looking for a Pre Sales Manager for their range of Computer Aided Engineering products.



This key role has arisen due to organic growth within the business and will see the successful candidate take responsibility for supporting and developing CAE sales within the UK. The right candidate will be an experienced individual who is capable of dealing with people at both a technical and executive level within customer organisations.



Essentially what we are looking for is someone with a proven track record in pre sales, with knowledge of selling to technical markets such as the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Marine, or Energy sectors. A knowledge and technical understanding of CAE products would also be of advantage.



This role will involve covering the UK on a daily basis and on occasion, overnight stays away may be required. There is also the opportunity to visit the USA twice a year.

ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

h) Analyse relevant reports to identify stock and cash loss areas of risk and develop action plans to minimise loss.
i) To create an environment where there is a genuine desire to help and serve customers and an understanding of the importance of a customer driven approach.
j) Provide coaching and sales advice to help maximise all sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Have a demonstrable background in retail management.
b) Direct selling skills/experience.
c) It is essential that all candidates have a passion for Golf.
d) You will need to be an inspirational leader, who can help their customers get the most from their game by combining your knowledge and talent.
