THE CANDIDATE:
As a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive you will have experience of Personal Finance Planning including; LPA's, Court of Protection work, HNW individuals, Financial, tax & estate planning & Deeds of Variation. You will also have experience of Estate Administration, Trusts, Taxation and Complex Wills and Probate Matters. Ideal Private Client Solicitors and Legal Executives will be SFE or STEP qualified and possesses a sound technical knowledge of deputyship work. The firm require a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive at fairly short notice to provide commitment for up to 3 months.

You will be an experienced PMO or Project Manager from the financial services arena (investment banking experience would be advantageous but is not essential). You must have demonstrable experience of governing portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies or frameworks as well as experience in the refinement, deployment and general usage of standard governance methods. You will have proven experience of mentoring and coaching teams and must possess exceptional stakeholder management skills. In addition, you will be a confident, assertive and effective communicator and a structured, methodical thinker, with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Maintain overall responsibility for the financial operations of the company including planning and analysis, cash debt management , forecasting and budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury, audit and tax.
• Develop decision support tools and analysis to inform major strategic decisions
• Partner with the Group CFO to deliver the information requirements of investors and funders
• Provide financial support to strategic transactions including playing a key role in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration

Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced, high growth business previously as it will be essential to be able to get a grip on the key deliverables quickly and to have a strong grasp of EBITDA. Previous experience of working in a PE backed/ leveraged business is advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
