OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The firm a specialist in a variety of areas of law is keen to develop their family offerings within the Nottinghamshire market. This role would suit a frustrated Family Partner who is currently frustrated in their current role and are looking for something where their input is valued and appreciated. You will ideally be a Family Partner in your current role and have a network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to set up a department and have the responsibility of building and developing the profile of the team within the local market. A keen business developer, you will possess the ability to go out and win new work as well as work effectively with the private client team in order to utilise their loyal client base for referrals. A standalone role, you will have sound reputation for providing advice across all aspects of family law including adoption, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, cohabitation agreements, civil partnerships and divorce to name but a few areas. The appointed Family Partner will not be alone and will receive support from the private client team along with other members of the firm. Ideal Family Partners will have at least 10 years PQE and a solid grounding in all aspects of family law.
