A fantastic opportunity has become available at our client, a Top Legal 500 Law Firm with a superb reputation for this work. The firm is seeking a solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Court Of Protection work in order to support clients that have on-going Private Client related matters.

This role involves managing and growing your own case-load and assisting senior solicitors on high value, multi million pounds matters. You will be providing:

• Legal advice to clients and family members
• Assisting with tax affairs and accounts
• Assisting with the purchase of properties, monitoring clients' budgets and liaising with doctors, managers, architects and other professionals.

You must possess great client focus as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to adhere to tight deadlines. Knowledge of the relevant legislation is essential.
