Corporate Lawyer (3-5 PQE) Shanghai - 14936/TTL

This AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate Lawyer to join their Shanghai office to support the expanding corporate business. You must have at least 3 years' PQE with an overseas legal qualification and strong experience involving IPOs, M&As, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and general corporate and commercial law from top-tier local and international law firms.
