BCL Legal is assisting a highly regarded national law firm with its recruitment of a junior corporate solicitor to join its growing corporate team in London.

The corporate team are highly experienced and represent a broad range of private and public sector organisations, from owner-managed businesses to multi-national corporations, and from housing associations to local authorities and the NHS. They also act as part of larger cross-disciplinary teams on both national and cross-border transactions to help meet their clients day to day needs.

The corporate team undertakes a good mix of quality corporate work to include;

* M&A
* share and asset disposals
* corporate finance
* private equity
* joint ventures
* fundraisings and general corporate advisory work.

Clients include: private companies. banks, management teams, investment funds, insolvency practitioners, central government bodies and local authorities, development and regeneration vehicles, Housing Associations, NHS & Foundation Trusts.
