My client, a Top 45 law firm with a national presence are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Leeds.

Within this role, you will be managing a fantastic workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a varied range of clients. As you look to build upon and develop this caseload, the opportunity to support partners on larger scale matters will be available.

The ideal candidate will have around seven years post qualification experience, with a proven track record in handling all aspects of private Mergers & Acquisition transactions. Candidate of lesser experience shall still be considered, with a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.

Salary is very competitive and dependent on experience.
