Residential Property Lawyer

A great full time opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and friendly land team in their Swanage office.

The Role:

The position will involve managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion.  You will also be pro-active in terms of business development and networking to help grow the business and forge new relationships.

The Candidate:

You will ideally have between 5 and 10 year PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer.  You should have good knowledge of Land and Residential Property Law.  You will be enthusiastic and dedicated with excellent communication skills.
