JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4-8
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
The successful Construction Solicitor will become an integral part of a vibrant and dynamic team, handling a high value and varied caseload across a wide client base. You will be responsible for handling a majority of non-contentious employer/developer matters, including drafting contracts, dispute avoidance, remediation strategy and property development and regeneration. You will gain excellent exposure to an extensive and diverse client base including a multitude of FTSE 250 companies, ranging from developers and contractors to financial institutions. As part of a highly regarded and extensively experienced team, you will be working in close contact with partners and high value clients. The role further requires a passion for business development and a motivation to promote the firm's image both in and out of workplace.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a talented and experienced Construction Solicitor, you will be experienced in handling development projects and real estate acquisitions, having dealt with a full range of construction clients. You will be motivated to excel within a highly regarded leading Legal 500 firm, renowned for their provision of rapid, concise and commercially minded solutions nationwide. A solid understanding of standard construction contracts is a necessity for this role. As an enthusiastic, innovative and ambitious Solicitor, you will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging and dynamic environment.
