An opening exists for an Associate level Corporate Lawyer at one of the leading lights in the offshore world. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a great location in the Cayman Islands.

The Role

The successful Corporate Lawyer will join a team that advises an international client base on many of the biggest transactions to hit the jurisdiction. You will enjoy a consistent flow of high-value and varied corporate work including:

  • M&A
  • Private Equity
  • Joint Ventures
  • Restructurings

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be admitted in the UK/Commonwealth
  • At least 3 years' experience of high value corporate work gained at a Magic/Silver Circle or similar law firm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical excellence
  • Excellent academic background
