Our client is a respected Top 50 international law firm that boasts a growing cross office Construction team. With an established reputation in both the private and public sectors, our client currently have a job opening for a talented Construction Lawyer to join their tight knit and collegiate team.

Your new role
This exciting role will bring the opportunity to handle a broad and varied caseload of non-contentious construction work for a portfolio of leading clients with a particular focus on the Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure and Engineering sectors. You will be given client and matter responsibility from the outset, advising on the full remit of transactional advice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be used to picking up your own caseload and developing strong client relationships, handling a mixture of building and engineering contracts, collateral warrantees and appointments, working closely with the Construction Disputes team. You will have an excellent work ethic, clear attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
