Corporate Lawyer
London / New York
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm for an interim corporate lawyer initially for 2 months which will involve regular travel to New York.
You will work on one transaction on the sale of an IT based service function business.
The successful corporate lawyer is likely to have upwards of 2+ PQE with recent corporate/M&A experience gained at a Top 50 City or US/International law firm.
